To help maintain a safe, peaceful and comfortable environment, guests are kindly asked to review and observe the following guidelines during their stay.

Where an in-person greeting is unavailable, self check-in will be arranged and access details provided before arrival.

House information

  • Lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the property.
  • Switch off lights, fans and air conditioning when they are not in use or when leaving the unit.
  • Keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is operating.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
  • Wash and put away dishes after use.
  • Dispose of garbage in the designated bins.
  • Respect the neighbours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Report maintenance issues, damage or breakage as soon as possible.

House rules

  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Only registered guests are permitted unless additional guests have been approved by management.
  • Parties and events are not permitted.
  • Illegal substances are not permitted on the property.
  • Treat the property, furnishings, towels, linens and household items with care.
  • Household items must not be removed from the property.
  • Children must be supervised around the swimming pool and shared community areas.
  • Guests must observe all Pyramid Point community rules and security requirements when using shared amenities.
  • Keys and remotes must be returned at check-out as instructed.

Booking, payment and cancellation

Minimum stay
3 nights. We will not accommodate reservations shorter than 3 nights.
Payment terms
50% payment to confirm the reservation, with the remaining balance due 14 days before arrival. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival require full payment.
Security deposit
US $200 refundable deposit, required for all direct bookings.
Deposit refund
Returned within 7 business days following checkout, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
Cancellation policy
Full refund when cancelled at least 14 days before arrival; 50% refund when cancelled 7 to 13 days before arrival; no refund when cancelled less than 7 days before arrival.
