When you submit the booking request or contact form we collect the details you provide: your first and last name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children travelling, your accommodation preference and any message or special request you include.
We do not collect card numbers, bank details or any payment information through this website.
How we use your information
Your details are used to review your booking request, check availability, respond to your enquiry and arrange your stay. We may also use them to follow up about a request you have already made.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Email and WhatsApp communication
Booking requests are delivered to Emerald Sundara Villa by email. Where supported, an acknowledgement email is sent to you automatically.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled through WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
Website analytics
We may use privacy-respecting website analytics to understand how visitors use this website, for example which pages are viewed most. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
