All booking requests submitted through this website are subject to availability. Submitting the form does not create or guarantee a reservation.

Confirming a reservation

A reservation is confirmed only after Emerald Sundara Villa has approved the request and any required payment has been received and verified. Until then, no dates are held.

Rates and availability

Rates and availability may change until a reservation is confirmed in writing. The rate quoted at the time of confirmation is the rate that applies to your stay.

Payment

Payment instructions are provided directly by Emerald Sundara Villa after availability has been confirmed. We do not collect card or banking details through this website.

Cancellation and refunds

Guest conduct and property rules

Guests are asked to treat the property and neighbours with respect, to keep noise reasonable, and to follow any house rules provided at check-in. Emerald Sundara Villa may end a stay where conduct causes damage, danger or disturbance.

Maximum occupancy, visitor, pet, smoking and event rules are to be confirmed and will be shared with guests before arrival.

Liability

Guests are responsible for their own belongings and for any damage they cause to the property. To the extent permitted by law, Emerald Sundara Villa is not liable for loss, injury or damage arising from a guest's use of the property, except where caused by our negligence.
